SafetySync is led by a career federal criminal investigator with more than 20 years across multiple federal law enforcement and national security agencies, including assignments in counterterrorism, violent crime, counterintelligence, and force protection operations. Our lead practitioner is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (Class 283), an Iraq War combat veteran, and former U.S. Army officer. He holds a Master of Public Safety from the University of Virginia and an M.S. in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
Our assessments are aligned to the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Comprehensive Preparedness Guide 201 (FEMA CPG 201), the Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment / Stakeholder Preparedness Review (THIRA / SPR) framework and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Infrastructure Survey Tool. These are the same frameworks grant reviewers, insurers, and auditors already recognize. SafetySync assessments are an approved expense under the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) and similar grant programs.
The practitioner who walks your site is the same one who writes your report, defends it under review, and answers your questions afterward. No subcontracted assessors. No junior staff. One veteran-led practice, accountable to you from first walkthrough to final deliverable.
