GUARDIAN Keeper

Your safety plan, ready the moment you need it.

GUARDIAN Keeper is like having your most experienced safety volunteer on call at all times. It has read every page of your safety plan, and it never forgets any of it.

Your team asks a question the way they would ask a person. Keeper answers in seconds and tells you exactly where in your plan the answer came from.

01

Sound familiar?

Most churches and nonprofits work hard on a safety plan. Then life happens.

The person who wrote it moves on. Volunteers change, and the know-how leaves with them.

The binder is somewhere. Maybe in the office, maybe in a closet, maybe in an email from two years ago.

No one has time to look it up. When something goes wrong on a Sunday morning or during an event, nobody is going to flip through 40 pages.

Keeper fixes this. Your plan stays easy to use, no matter who is on duty.

02

What you can ask it

Type a question just like you would text a friend. Here are the kinds of things Keeper can answer from your own plan:

"Where do we go if we have to leave the fellowship hall during service?"
Keeper gives the exit route, the meeting spot outside, and who leads it.

"A child is missing from the nursery. What do we do first?"
Keeper walks through your missing child steps, in order.

"Where is the nearest AED to the gym?"
Keeper tells you where your safety equipment is kept.

"Who is on the safety team this Sunday, and how do I reach them?"
Keeper pulls up the duty schedule and phone numbers.

"How do we shut off the gas?"
Keeper tells you where the shutoff is and who is allowed to use it.

"What did our security assessment say to fix first?"
Keeper reminds you of your top priorities so they don't get forgotten.

What Keeper does for you

Answers fast. Seconds, not minutes of searching.

Shows its work. Every answer names the document and page it came from, so you can trust it and check it.

Only uses your plan. Keeper does not search the internet or make things up from outside sources. It answers from the documents you gave it.

Helps new volunteers. Someone on their first week gets the same answer your longest-serving volunteer would give.

Keeps your plan alive. The work you put into your safety plan and your SafetySync assessment gets used every week, not left on a shelf.

04

Private by design

Your safety plan is sensitive. It shows where people gather, where the exits are, and who is in charge. It should not be floating around on the internet.

It lives in your building. Keeper runs on a small computer that sits in a locked office or closet at your location. Your plans are not sent to an outside AI company.

You own it. The device and everything on it belong to you. If you ever stop the service, you keep it all.

Only your people get in. Each team member has their own login, and each person sees only what their role needs.

Some things stay off it on purpose. We never load alarm codes, door codes, or your full member directory. We help you load what keeps people safe, nothing that puts them at risk.

05

We handle everything

You do not need an IT person. SafetySync does the work.

1. We gather your documents. Your safety plan, floor maps, team list, emergency contacts, and your assessment.

2. We set it up on site. We bring the device, connect it, and load your documents.

3. We train your team. A 30-minute session and a one-page guide. If you can send a text, you can use Keeper.

4. We keep it current. Every three months we update your documents and check that everything is working and backed up.

06

How Keeper fits with everything SafetySync does

Each SafetySync service produces something your team needs to remember: findings, plans, procedures, training. Keeper is where all of it lives, so your team can find any of it in seconds.

Think of it as five steps, with Keeper holding them together:

1. Find out where you stand. Our free NSGP eligibility check and free GUARDIAN insider risk tool give you a quick starting picture.

2. Get assessed. Our vulnerability assessment walks your site and tells you what to fix first. With Keeper: the findings and priorities are the first thing we load, so you can ask "what did the assessment say about the side entrance?" any time.

3. Build your plan. Security planning turns those findings into an emergency plan your volunteers can follow. With Keeper: every procedure, route, and role in that plan is one question away.

4. Watch for warning signs from within. An insider risk program sets up volunteer screening, reporting, and response steps. With Keeper: leaders can look up how to handle a concern without digging for the policy.

5. Train and practice. Training and tabletop exercises test your plan. With Keeper: training records, drill results, and lessons learned are kept, so next year's team starts where this year's left off.

Applying for security grant funding? SafetySync delivers your vulnerability assessment and advises on your NSGP application, or you can do it yourself with our DIY Kit. With Keeper: your award documents, approved projects, and spending deadlines are stored with your plan, so nothing slips through the cracks. See our NSGP guide.

You do not need every service to use Keeper. If you already have a safety plan, we can load what you have. But Keeper works best alongside a SafetySync assessment, and setup is discounted when you pair them.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Is this like ChatGPT?

It works in a similar way: you type a question and get a written answer. The difference is that Keeper only knows your documents, runs inside your building, and does not send your information to an outside company.

Do we need someone technical to run it?

No. We install it, load it, and maintain it. Your team just opens a web page on a phone, tablet, or computer at your location and types a question.

What if the answer is wrong?

Every answer shows where it came from in your plan, so anyone can check it. Keeper is a quick way to find what your plan says. In an emergency, always call 911 first.

What if our plan changes?

Send us the new version. We refresh your documents every three months, and sooner when you make a big change or get a new assessment.

Who is it for?

Houses of worship, nonprofits, and other small organizations with a safety plan and a team of staff or volunteers who need to follow it. Larger congregations and organizations with more than one location get the most out of it.

How much does it cost?

There is a one-time setup fee that covers the device, setup, and training, plus an ongoing support plan. Setup is discounted when you pair Keeper with a SafetySync vulnerability assessment. Contact us for a quote.
